Client Services Manager / Account Executive

About the Role
We are currently searching for a Client Services Manager / Account Executive to join our Team during this exciting period of exponential growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the role will include the following responsibilities (but are not limited to);
- Provide customer energy account management support as required, including roll-in/outs and general billing enquiries;
- Liaise and engage with different energy organisations including retailers, distributors and solar companies;
- Work closely with the Operations and Account Management team to manage tasks and requests in a timely manner;
- Coordinate relevant meetings, travel, events and engagements effectively; and
- Manage shared email, calendars and social media.
This role is a critically important role, with strong opportunities for career growth and development across the Company, including consulting, account management, business development and marketing. About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess an interest and demonstrated experience in the energy sector, have excellent communication skills and strong customer centricity. The successful applicant should demonstrate the desire/ability to innovate and be proactive, as there will be a level of autonomy required which is critical to this role.
Additional skills and knowledge required are:
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills including, PowerPoint, Word and Office;
- (Preferred) Knowledge of energy retailer processes, including new connections, meter installations and roll-in/outs.
- Strong planning and organisation capabilities;
- Excellent communication and administration skills; and
- Exceptional customer-centricity and service skills.
