Last updated: 16 June 2026

This policy explains how Utilizer (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our website, and the cookies and tracking technologies we use. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone, company, and message) so we can respond. We also collect limited technical and usage data automatically through the cookies and analytics described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device). This helps us improve the site.

Advertising and remarketing

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads to measure campaign performance and to show you relevant ads on other platforms (remarketing). These set cookies that identify your browser across sites.

Product analytics and chat

We use Zoho PageSense to analyse on-page behaviour (such as heatmaps and aggregate interaction data) and Zoho SalesIQ to provide live chat support.

Your choices

When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our cookie notice. We honour Google Consent Mode, and visitors in the EEA and UK are opted out of analytics and advertising cookies by default until they accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the uz_consent cookie in your browser, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third parties

The services above (Google, LinkedIn, Zoho) process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
